Returns

You have to return the product within two days from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received to be eligible for a refund claim.

Here’s how to return an item:

Send the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.

You also have to attach the packing slip that came with the item.

Refunds

In Case Of Pre-Payment:

After arriving your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.

AgriShopBd reserves the 100% rights to calculate the refund amount and please be noted that the refund amount will be calculated based on the customer paid amount after deducting any kind of discount and shipping (courier) charges.

Please Note: Some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to show on your account so allow as much as 12 working days for the credit to be applied.

In Case Of Cash on Delivery (COD):

You have to inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival. You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked (NQA) privilege as a valuable client.
