4 . Stock availability & Pricing Policy

  • If there is any shortage of stock, then the ClassicDeal customer care department will offer the alternative product or service or the order can be cancelled wholly at any time.
  • ClassicDeal reserves the rights to cancel or hold any order any time in case of stock unavailability or mispricing issue displayed on website, ClassicDeal will notify you in this connection.
  • In case of cancellation of any prepaid order, our refund policy will be applied.
  • Pricing of our products or services will be subjected to the recent market condition.

 

5 . Our Delivery or Shipping Policy:

  • The delivery timeframe will be subjected to an estimation and please consider the days excluding the government holidays.
  • Delivery activities might be delayed due to the unusual and accidental events such as political violence, Natural disaster, Pandemic situation and long government holidays.
  • You will get the product at your doorstep if you are living inside Dhaka.
  • In case of outside Dhaka, you have to collect the product from your nearest branch of Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan Courier, USB Express Courier.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery, you have to pay the courier service equivalent amount and the resting money at the time of receiving the product.

 

6 . Return policy

  • You have to return the product within two days from the date you received it.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received to be eligible for a refund claim.

Here’s how to return an item:

  • Send the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.
  • You also have to attach the packing slip that came with the item.

 

7 . Refund policy

In Case Of Pre-Payment:

  • After arriving your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
  • ClassicDeal reserves the 100% rights to calculate the refund amount and please be noted that refund amount will be calculated based on the customer paid amount after deducting any kind of discount and shipping (courier) charges.

Please Note: Some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to show on your account so allow as much as 12 working days for the credit to be applied.

In Case Of Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • You have to inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival.
  • You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked (NQA) privilege as a valuable client. If the delivery executive refuses to respond accordingly simply take an extra effort to call the customer service hot line +8801785838281. Our customer service team will manage the situation officially.

 

8 . Governing law:

  • These terms and conditions upon our services provided to you will be governed by the law of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
